Many first-time visitors to Waynflete quickly notice that our students call their teachers, advisors, and coaches by their first names. The comfort, mutual respect, and genuine affection between faculty and staff and students can be seen in every interaction.
Waynflete faculty and staff are passionate, dedicated educators who genuinely enjoy working closely with students in small classes. Teachers are given the time and resources to get to know each child individually and to create educational experiences designed for their strengths and interests. Homeroom, classrooms, studios, fields—our students are always surrounded by and supported by caring adults.
